Jan passed away in Eugene, Oregon in May of this year. No obituary was posted in our local paper, only a death notice. I have no other information & had not had any contact with her for several years.

Jan died in Eugene, Oregon, on May 27, 2017. A funeral will take place on July 11, at St Mary's Episcopal Church, 1300 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 with a inurnment in the church's columbarium. Jan had lived in the Eugene area for 10 to 12 years and had no family here. We understand that she had no family in Kansas City & left there after her mother's death. I believe your classmate Anita Freebert was interested in knowing more about Jan after I sent the initial information of her death

I spent many hours with Jan and have also wondered where she moved. So sad to hear of her passing- Anita if you hear anything please post. She was a wonderful friend and we had good times.

I was sad to learn of Jan's death. We, too, were friends and what I so well remember
about Jan was her beautiful penmanship. She did calligraphy before it became
popular. She did the special printing for Merle's Photo Studio in NKC.
