I remember hearing from Dick Murray, and PattynStrachan, many years ago, that Georgie Boyes died in a plane crash in northern B. C., where she had been teaching! This occurred only a few years after she got her education degree, so was probably in the sixties! I never knew any other details. Stay we'll everyone, love, Maureen O' Reilly Neal.
I have difficulty writing this because it brings back so many memories. In 1961 Bill and I were married, Georgia was one of my bridesmaids. She was going to university at the time and we got along great. It was a shock to hear of her death and she will be remembered fondly for as long as we live. Her picture is out every time we celebrate a special anniversary and the last was two years ago for our 50th.
