The NEW School System!

When we went to Lone Oak, we had three schools:
Lone Oak Elementary - grades 1 -5
Lone Oak Middle - grades 6 - 8
Lone Oak High - grades 9 - 12

Things have changed! Now there is:
Lone Oak Elementary - PreK - grade 3
(same elementary school as always)
Lone Oak Intermediate - grades 4 - 5
(formerly our old high school)
Lone Oak Middle - grades 6 - 8
(a brand new building on Bleich Road)

and Lone Oak High school is gone
Heath, Reidland, & Lone Oak were all combined
to become McCracken County High School

In 2024 the old high school was renovated to
become Lone Oak Intermediate School. Some fellow
classmates went to the grand opening and took
many photos of how the school looks now.
