Sheila Carney Gorg, 74, of Jeffersonton, passed away on December 13, 2018, at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
She was born on December 15, 1943 in Miami, Fla., to the late Arthur William Carney II and Nora Marie Carney.
Sheila was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church in Culpeper and an editor for the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
She is survived by her husband, Roger John Gorg; her sons, Roger John Gorg Jr. and Brian Douglas Gorg, both of Warrenton; her sister, Patricia Carney Reilly of Latrobe, Pa.; her daughters-in-law, Kristina Gorg and Megan Gorg, both of Warrenton, and her grandchildren, Emma, Bridgette, Tailyn, Norah, Addie, Brendan, Sebastian and Naomi Gorg.
