

Leonard Lee Cooper, Jr., passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2011. He was born August 20, 1948, in Houston, Texas to Leonard Lee Cooper, Sr. and Edith Eileen Cooper.
Leonard was preceded in death by both of his parents and wife, Connie Cooper.
Leonard is survived by his daughter, Nancy Lynn Loesch and her husband Stephen; son, Matthew Lee Cooper and his wife Casey; grandchildren, McCartney, Ethan, Connie and Ben; sister, Dominique Seader; brother, Jack Cooper; Fiancée, Jenny Waltmon, and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
Leonard was a proud retiree from the Houston Police Department. He served on the force for 26 years prior to his retirement and held the rank of Lieutenant and the title of Latent Fingerprint Examiner. After his retirement he moved to Trinity, Texas.

I was a friend of Leonards, and saw him several times at his house in Trnity, Texas as well as at several reunions. He had a great personality about him as well as always playing the host . He will be missed at future reunions as well as just not being able to call him and say hi. Peter Burnham
