Happy Birthday, Ted.!
Hi Mia, Your life sounds great. Clemmie just published her first book, called Down to the Bone by Clemence Overall and you can get it on Amazon. I spent many years in Europe, New Ork City and Washington,DC. During Covid I sold my house on Capitol Hill and moved to the mountains of West Virginia. I have been a Financial Advisor most of my life and continue that even today. I really love it. Clemmie’s still in Australia and we have talked you from time to time. Enjoy! Susan Tanner Cummings

Hey Marc, Are you still building those beautiful chalets? Amazing. I finally got out of crazy town DC and moved to the remote mountains of West Virginia. I absolutely love it. I get the clean, quiet life in the mountains. I am still working and enjoying it very much. I am going to write a memoir if I can focus and take the time and look forward to that project.
