Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography fr Philadelphia College of Art (now called University of the Arts).
Two years in a village in Togo, West Africa, as a health educator with the Peace Corps. Incredible experience. I've been back to visit four times, once taking my son when he was 16, then taking oldest step-daughter another time. Major accomplishments while there.
Many different work experiences - designer, account rep with 3M, membership manager with WRTI (was WFLN) Philadelphia's classical and jazz radio station at Temple U.

When my family moved from Plymouth Meeting to California in 1952 we would drive back across the country to visit family and friends. My brothers and I would squeal with delight when we first spotted a Breyers green leaf sign or saw TastyKakes in a store. It meant we were close to home.
