I went to elementary, jr. high and high school with Guy and would run into him occasionally at Fishers Cyclery when my bike needed mending.  I always thought he was a such great person.

I did not know Guy well.  I am sorry to hear of his passing.  I wish I could have heard him sing in person.  His talent for music is special.  My heart goes out to his family and friends.  I am sure he will be missed by all. Thank you for posting the video of his beautiful music performance.

I had fairly frequent interactions with Guy over the years through the acoustic music community and at the Coffee Garden on 9th & 9th.  He was passionate about music and was widely loved and respected as a guitar player, winning awards along the way.  He was a loving and devoted father and had a wide network of friends and admirers.  He navigated the struggles of his lifelong heart condition with courage and grace.  RIP Guy

Guy was great! He taught me to play the guitar when we were in Junior High. He was an extremely good guitarist and I was mediocre. But I enjoyed hanging out with him. He was good company. I still have the guitar, don't play, but think of Guy when I see it.
