Grant,
I would say I'm all in, but honestly, I'm getting too old to run from the cops any more! Plus, someone would have to carry a defibrillator just in case! :)

Brian Moore goes to our church and I told his wife about the site and reunion tonight. They do not have internet right now, but I will pass along info for them. Just wanted to let whoever was keeping track that he has been found.

I have to agree with Ashley on that one Grant. The cop that chased me that night was on a mission! I mean, I think he must have been trying to get promoted off of their sting operation at WFHS, because he chased me in full uniform for almost a mile and was only two or three steps behind me. I thank God for all that stamina we had built up in soccer practice! Seriously, I think he didn't want to be the only one to show up at the station without any kids in his back seat! My dad was a private detective and there was no way I was going to let him find out about that. I'm sure my mother and my attorney would prefer that I not engage in activities of that nature. Maybe by our 30th reunion we could plan another one of those. We probably wouldn't care then.

I'm up for it, Grant. Does Darby's mom still live in those adjacent apartments, just in case?

Adam,
I dont think so but my parents house backs up to the ditch so I have already come up with an escape plan. We can use the older guys (Alan, AJ) as watch outs.

I'm in definately and I have a 16 year old boy who would love to help..... Let him take the fall! Just kiddin I am a better mom than that, I just know what I was always into and I got to let him do the same things. Remember Jr. Sr. egg wars.... I say we do that again..

That's fine with me, but it would all have to go down before 8:30pm, because that's usually when I start falling asleep!

Stacy,
I think for us to relive Jr/Sr eggwars we will need to crash the c/o 89's reunion next year! We could wait for them to come out at the end of the night and ambush them! :)
Does anyone stay in touch, so we can get a heads up on when and where it will be?

I know we have several of us in the law enforcement field but reading some of these messages I think we need ot find someone in the attorney field.

I put some more pictures on my profile, mostly from the senior cruise and a couple from class and Young Life. I wish more of you had gone on the cruise, it was a blast!

I also found some oldies but goodies - several drama photos and an after prom photo or two. As Dusty has already commented - not only is the wallpaper out of style on the after-prom picture, but the hair - OMG!

1. Favorite Teacher?
Can't recall that I had one. I did, however, enjoy sitting in Mr. Brogdon's Economics class and watching him get distracted from handing out tests with his deer hunting stories ("so my brother-in-law and I were out in the blind, and we saw this BEAUTIFUL eight point buck...")

2. Least Favorite Teacher?

3. Best Friend(s)?
Denesen Harris and Fred Williams. Joey Kearse and I grew up together.

4. Who was your BF or GF at Windsor?
I had a brief moment when I "dated" Karla Alwan. We broke up shortly before Senior Prom.

5. Did you have a secret crush on anyone at Windsor? Melissa Ferguson (okay, maybe it wasn't such a secret) and Sabrina Roberts...something about the way she wore her hair reminded me of Clair Huxtable.

6. Most embarrassing moment?
I used to trip over my own two feet (and sometimes, nothing at all) a LOT.

7. Proudest moment?
Being published in Miscellany. Running my first (and last) sub-eleven second 100 meter dash on the Track Team my Senior Year (10.89 seconds, baby!!!! WHOO HOO!!!! I think it MIGHT take me that long just to lace up my shoes now...HAHAHAHAHA)

8. One thing you would change if you could?
Nothing. Everything that happened to me at WFHS happened for a reason, and is part of the reason I have become who I am now.

Grant,
You know what they say? It isn't illegal unless you get caught.

Everone,
I was wondering how many of you felt the same as me?

Now that I'm a little older (a little)and a little wiser (ya right!), I can see how much growing up in Savannah has made me the person that I am now. Savannah is such a diverse city. It sounds funny but when I tell people I'm from Savannah, GA, they say ya don't sound like your from GA. My usual reply is, Those of us from Savannah Are a little different from everyone else. I try to explain to them about the different people, music(how I miss the music), there ARE people who walk invisible dogs in the park like in the book/movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, history, beauty, ocean, seafood (Oh, how I miss the seafood and ocean. Sorry guys it's just my ADD kicking in) and so many different cultures in one small city. That as long as I didn't show my stupidity, I could go anywhere in the city and when I say anywhere I mean anywhere. I can't speak for anyone else but, I just haven't seen that in most of the places I've lived since then. I don't write this to put a damper on all the fun, just to say that I am blessed for having been able to spend a small part of my life there and hope that others feel the same.

Bobby,
With the way some of these old men are talking I think that may be a problem.

Alan- your remark about going to be at 8:30 had me on the floor laughing. That made my day. Some of you guys have gotten old!!!!

Stacy- now that we have gotten older and wiser, i will go ahead and set out 4 dozen eggs this weekend and let them get ripe for the event.

Robert Burlock

Grant,
everyone has been talking about getting caught by the "PoPo" during the egg wars but I don't remember having a problem (and yes I was there in Kelby's pimped out ride), do you? I will say, if you have any kind of food on you, (say eggs, coffee, pastries, hamburgers, or doughnuts) us cops will chase you down for that food even at the age of Ahhhhhhhh.... 30 something. I was going to lie about my age but if I remember right, Darby is the youngest of our class.

Bobby, some of us crossed the ditch and hid at Mamais's house. I still live here in Savannah, and the kids nowadays don't know how to roll the school the way we did. Grant, remember the Xmas eve we rolled Doug Meridith's house. Carter should remember, I think he got caught a month or two prior for rolling his house and was given 25 hours of community service.

Pleaseee, don't ever call me Robert again. That's like me calling you Glenn, Ferrell.

Just an update! Just found Stephen Colson's phone number and spoke with his wife. Gave her the website address and dates and told her if he's in contact with anyone else to direct them here. I've got a few more to locate, but hopefully I'll continue to find people.

I've got 2 teenage boys who would LOVE to roll Windsor! and they're still fast enough to run and jump ditches and such! Hey does anyone remember when we kidnapped Darby from his parent's living room on his birthday?? Wasn't someone's trunk involved with that?

Jennifer Reagan Riley is in Hong Kong. She's moving to California soon. I have e-mailed her with the site address.

Hey Bobby.... just a question for someone in law enforcement.... Do they make a gun that could launch toilet paper rolls? Or, multiple super rolls? We could really make small work out of a thorough rolling job if we had the right tools. See, this is the capitalist in me talking now... or just the old man? Could you imagine 20 cars filled with a bunch of old farts and toilet paper launcher-guns doing a single drive-by and the job is FINISHED! I can see them the next day saying, "Gosh, we haven't been rolled like this since '88!". "There must have been a thousand kids involved this time!"

Anyway, if we could get those kind of launchers, and get it done before 8:30pm, I don't think we'd have to worry about anyone falling asleep behind the wheel. Just a thought.

Alan
Remember: No Classmate Left Behind!
Great work Valerie! I've been wondering about Steven Colson and how he's doing these days.

Love the photo of the TP aftermath. I remember taking off across the practice fields but it kinda gets hazy from there. Ferrell, was I with you guys?

I can't remember the egg wars bringing out the police too much. However, maybe I'm wrong. Something just shot through the ole memory of how odd I thought it was that Melissa Miller and some others who normally didn't get into the festivities were in the back of the General Kemp. Thank goodness I was halfway out of the back so I could take off behind the house with the tennis courts on Largo. Didn't Kemp stay with the girls and get caught?

Adam, I have a pic of Ashley, Alan, Carter and us going to the beach with that old firebird in it. That car was sooo cool. I'll try to put it up.

Sheri,
Thanks for the memory of Pez. I forgot all about that trip. Didnt we end up taking him to the hospital? I knew I forgot to tell him something!!!

Bobby,
I do not remember anything about rolling the school. I was home studying for an exam.

Ferrell- I do remember rolling Dougs house. You need to get with your buddys for SPD and find out who is working the WFHS beat that night and let them know that we are buying then all dinner that night around 9PM (take a nap that day Alan). That way we will know where they are. I am up for a rolling trip.

Didnt someone steal a fire ext from ASU during one of the egg wars? Who was it that I ran up an opened the cop door for at ASU so that they could escape?

I need some help here. Easter weekend I finally got busted by Angela's mom for rolling her house. Who all helped me do this. It took her 20 years to find it out. I think we ought to rehit some of the parents houses that we hit before.

Hey Darby, tell us the trunk story. I can remember some of it. How did we all live this long?

Now its time for a question. We all heard growing up that our parents hoped that we had kids just like we were. Some of us have kids old enough to tell if this has happened. How many of us have kids that are paying us back? I know I am one of them. He knows where the school is but not real sure what its for.

Hitting the parents houses would be fun! Count Brian and I in for rolling, but we're with Alan on the bedtime! Grant, you may want to modify your post - I didn't think you really owned up to rolling my moms house!!
As far as the sand gnats - Grant is right- they have multiplied and are anticipating our reunion!
