C.A.M.M. works closely with professional mariner organizations around the world to protect the rights of licensed seamen from all nations . We consistantly seek ways to improve safety and enviromental stewardship in ports, harbors oceans and other waterways around the world. Established in 1936, the council is insependent of any union , school or company. the council monitors , comments, supports or opposes local , stat and federal legislation the would affedt or be detrimental to the master.
