Sandra L. Granger Munson

I've lived in and around the Shelby area all these years, although we have done a fair bit of traveling. We are still farming, but spend winters in Arizona where I tend to get a lot of reading done. We also enjoy having our family come down, and seeing them as often as possible when we're in Montana. In the summer we get away as often as possible to our Flathead Lake cabin. No idea when we will completely retire from farming.........but it couldn't be TOO far off, could it?

When I hear other 60-Somethings talk about their high school and teen years, I always come away feeling blessed. NTCHS was/is the BEST. It was small enough that you could be "involved" in as many things as you wanted to, and large enough to be "interesting". I had a GREAT time in high school, and feel I received an above-par education for the time......in fact some courses were probably at college level when compared to today. Great teachers like Mr. Haines and Mr. Bergene, among others, no doubt contributed to that. It was a fun time.
