Nan Haines (Guenzler) - Class Of 1954

Nan C. Guenzler “went home to be with her Lord and Savior” on March 24, 2015. Nan passed in the comfort in her home.

She was born on Nov. 8, 1935, in Havre.Nan was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She had many friends, many of which she shared her love of Jesus in worship at the Bethel Chapel.

Nan and Gordon moved to Bigfork in 1963. They began as farmers and later built and operated the North Shore Bowling Center.

Nan is survived by her daughter, Jeanie Heydon, of Kalispell; son, Tim Guenzler, and Carolyn, of Bigfork; daughter, Tammy, and Steve Glendenning, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Trey Heydon, Zack Guenzler, Jon Swanson, Victoria, Lara and Brette Guenzler, Cecily and Alec Taylor, and Christian and Caden Glendenning; and her sisters, Bonnie Mutchler and Debi Haines; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Guenzler; son, Larry Guenzler; father, Merle Haines; mother, Fern Haines; and her brother, Kim Haines.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on June 5 at the Little Brown Church in Bigfork.
