
Charles Brooks Doggett, known affectionately as Charlie, peacefully passed away at home on August 12, 2024, at the age of 84 in Binghamton, New York. He was also a cherished resident of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Charlie was the youngest child of 10 born in Sunburst, Montana. He was in the Air National Guard and then traveled extensively around the world with Singer/Link, Quintron, and Lockheed Martin leaving a lasting impact in his field.
He loved a good game of golf and spending time with family and friends. He was a friend of Bill W. for 41 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dianne, his brother Jerry, Children Lisa Leven (Brian), Jill Torres (Jose), Murphy Doggett and Ron Gill, Grandchildren Alex and Grace Torres, Kate and Emily Leven and Carly Gill.
He is preceded in death by his parents Iva and Ralph, siblings Bobby, Mick, John, Maxine, Cecile Ann, Laura, Iva, Doris, and son Jim Gill. We know Charlie and his brothers and sisters are in heaven playing many rounds of 31. We can see smiles and hear laughter.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the hospice team for their compassionate care during Charlie's final days, providing him with comfort and peace. A private Funeral Mass was held a the convenience of the family.
