Georgia was a member of the NTCHS class of 1959. She moved to Anacortes, Washington, when her family transferred with Texaco at the end of her Junior year in 1958. She passed away in Arlington, WA, Feb. 27 2009.
I have often thought about Georgia. She was a very soft spoken person and had loving thoughts about everyone. When my Father died she and her Father were down at the Harbor Cafe in Anacortes and had seen the obituary in the paper then she called and they came up to Moms to visit. That was the first and last time I saw her since we were juniors in high school. I am very concerned about her passing away and would like to know if her brother is living and well. Does anyone know if her family still live in Washington as I would like to send a note there way. Was surprised to see she was living so close to Anacortes.
I, too, have a soft spot in my heart for Georgia. She was always so sweet, and would hurt no one. I, too, wonder about her brother, Donald, and would like to say hello to him. Anybody know his whereabouts? Katie (Kay) Lawson
