2024-2025 Unit Program/Directory Award Submission Form & Directions.  You must fill out the form, make TWO copies of the form & attach TWO copies of your unit's program/directory to the forms & turn it in to the Council by the October Council Meeting on Tues. OCT. 5, 2024.   Distribute your program/directory

• by Nov. 1 to be considered for the OUTSTANDING AWARD and EARLY BIRD AWARD. 
• by Dec 1 to be considered for the PARTICIPATION AWARD.

NOTE: ALL UNIT PRESIDENTS OR THEIR REPRESENTIVE ACCORDING TO THE BYLAWS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE UNIT PRESIDENTS MEETING AS LISTED ABOVE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE A SCHOOL EVENT ON THESE DATES.
