Her ex-fiance notified us of Wendy's passing and here are his additional comments as well as a picture of her infant son, Christopher.

Comments from Wendy's ex-fiancee:  The obituary left out that she was a nanny in Wellesley MA (Boston)while we were living up there during my Naval duty in Boston and that she also lived in Allentown PA when I was stationed there... She was a very special person...we met in 1981, she is greatly missed. And although after 8 years we did not marry as planned...we remained friends. The world loss a truly loving heart the day she passed away.

I've grown quite fond of this web-site. But this part of it is very sad to say the least. Wendy was a very sweet and kind person. She had a great smile. We dated a time or two through the years(she went to church with me a few times also). The folks that wrote her obituary obviuosly knew her well. The person they knew her to be sounds exactly like the Wendy I knew in our early years. I am saddened by this news and as I am for all of mates that have passed but this one really hit home. She was way to young not to be here with us anymore. Although I did not have the priveledge of seeing her much after graduation I remember her well with a great deal of fondness and I always will. I hope her family is well!
