Dave deserves a definite pat on the back and a well deserved award for putting this together. Its really cool to see pictures of us and read how crazy we still are. It'll be great to see you guys next year. I work with Rhonda Call (Cooper) and plan on getting her on-board as well.

Hey Traci, I stopped at Rhonda's house last week and dropped off a few reunion cards. Put the pressure on her girl.

I've also been sending out emails through classmates.com. Classmates.com will not let you show our website as "www.tabb79.com". You have to show it as "www(dot)tabb79(dot)com. They monitor what you post and email. Dave is our monitor. That's like the FOX watching the HEN HOUSE.. ;)

If anyone else has a paid membership on classmates.com or reunion.com please help when you can and send out emails to the "Missing Classmates".

Gina, I thought you were out of town. You missed us didn't you!!!! My T-shirt size is XL

Terri Duncan (McDonald)

Oh, she is still out of town, just couldn't resist signing on and seeing what was happening.

Gina, you didn't need to get me anything, but oh so happy (why are you getting Karen something, we really don't even like her, lol). Hope your luck turns around and you start winning.

Karen Perry (Burnett)

Okay Mcdonald, thems fighting words! lololol Of course she got me something! she likes me MUCH better than you! That was awful sweet of her!

06/23/08 02:14 PM #487

Terri Duncan (McDonald)

Yes it was sweet of her, and exactly how long have you been living in that dream world of yours? hmmm?

06/23/08 02:21 PM #488

Karen Perry (Burnett)

Is the message forum, broken?

06/25/08 12:05 PM #491

Louie Luongo

Dave, It's either broken or Gina is still out of town... :)

06/25/08 12:16 PM #492

Terri Duncan (McDonald)

I agree! Did everybody decide to go back to their jobs and life, lol.

Allen Archer

Everyone got tired of reading about GBU.
Dave did you get those pictures? I sent them a week ago.
We need to start talking about TIS.
Anybody remember Mr. Eufrado, the football coach. Was anybody in class when Kevin Boone picked up his desk and threw it at him? That was sweet.

06/25/08 08:23 PM #494

Louie Luongo

Dang Allen, That hurt. Sorry you missed out on the GBU days.

You must be talkin about Mr. Iorfido. He looked like Tony Orlando.

Yea Dave, Have you gotten the pictures from Allen yet???? I know you have nothing else to do but monitor this web site and post new pictures. I do like the new look of the site.

Al, I was flipping through our old 8th grade year book and saw a picture of Sharon Lloyd screaming at Clyde Forrest. Priceless

06/25/08 08:34 PM #495

David Emmons

Allen I did get them. Just have not had time to go through them and also I should have at least let you know I had received them... Thanks Allen...

And as far as GBE and TIS... I was in neither :-)

06/25/08 09:01 PM #496

Terri Duncan (McDonald)

My fondest memories of school are from my 8th grade year at TIS. It just seems like I had so much fun that year, especially Mrs. Dixon/Tagg's class and doing the skit of the Keystone Cops and Valentino, the dances, and just being young and carefree. Of course, that is also where I met most of you!!

06/25/08 10:32 PM #497

Louie Luongo

Hey Terri, We must have taken a similar class. I remember making an 8M film with Beth Liles, Angela Abbot and Steve Emerson. It was a Hero/Villain Silent Movie. I was the Hero of course and Steve was the villain. Angela was tied up on the railroad track and Beth was the director. I tried to contact Beth 10 years ago to see if she still had the 8M film. I'm sure it would be a great laugh.

We lost Angela in a car accident while we were at THS. I think it was 10th grade.

Terri Duncan (McDonald)

Too bad we didn't have youtube or myspace back then to save for posterity and to share with the rest of the world. I hope you are able to find it, that would be a hoot.

I think Len McKeel played Valentino. I can't remember who played the Keystone Cops (Karen, a little help here). I remember Mike Buckley and Blair Wilson being in that class, and Mike F. may have been in there, too. I wish someone would have filmed that (if nothing else so I can remember what it felt like to be thin, ha)

I remember when Angela was killed (well, I remember the accident, not so much who was in it). Wasn't a guy driving, and he survived? I can't remember his name, but I remember going to the hospital and visiting him (isn't that terrible).

Gina Valentine (Stevens)

Real quick hello to you all... I haven't had much internet time but figured I'd drop in. I'll be home late tonight and then i'll check in tomorrow once I get settled back in.

Hope y'all missed me! see you later.

Gina

Terri Duncan (McDonald)

Gina, What? Have you been gone? LOL Just kidding. Hope you are having a wonderful time. Have you won yet?

06/26/08 01:27 PM #501

Gene Laughery

Bruce - That's Mr. Nugent! Of course we remember him.

06/26/08 01:28 PM #502

Terri Duncan (McDonald)

No fun Gene, now you take the guess work out of it for everybody else (you might have guessed that I didn't know who it was and had to write and ask). He almost, I said almost, looks like a young Imus in that picture, or is that just my "old" eyes?

06/26/08 01:32 PM #503

Gene Laughery

Sorry - guess I could have said "Ted" - or named a song but the big give away was he met him at a NRA convention! And there only 5 or 6 that actually add to the forum - Gina takes up all of bandwidth - lol
