Obituary for Mark C. Cassidy

BEVERLY- Mark C. Cassidy, 61, passed away on September 23, 2019 in Kaplan Family Hospice House.

Born in Beverly on March 22, 1958, he was the son of the late Charles and Gwendolyn (Marsden) Cassidy. He was raised and educated in Beverly and graduated from Beverly High School in 1976. He served our country during peacetime with the United States Air Force and was stationed in Germany. Mark had a career as a mechanic for both car and motorcycle repair and had been employed with 128 Cycles and Kelly Nissan. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

He is survived by his daughters, Meaghan Cassidy, Molly E.M. Cassidy and Justine O’Keefe, all of Beverly, his sisters, Susan Cassidy- Smith of Florida and Cheryl Michaud of Beverly, his grandchildren, Connor Gagnon and Ryleigh Hart and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Kevin Cassidy.

His Funeral Service will be held at 11AM on Friday, September 27, 2019 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St, Danvers. Visitation will be held on Friday morning from 9:30AM-10:45AM prior to the service. The burial is private.
