David Daine sent me these images of a brochure on Berea.  I also posted them on Flickr at http://flickr.com/photos/29401677@N07/sets/72157607219994500/ so you can see them in a larger size if you'd like.  On the bottom of the first page it says "Published by the Berea Chamber of Commerce (Phone number BE4-2047)". The Daine's moved from Parkview to Berea in 1955, so he assumes they got it from the Welcome Wagon then.
