I left Carbon High in my junior year and joined the Navy. I got my GED in 1963, a year before I was to graduate. While in the Navy, I was stationed on the USS Kitty Hawk, aircraft carrier, I goot to travel to a lot of beautiful places and see a lot of things I would have never seen without my Nave experience. I was honorably discharged in 1969 from the Naval Reserves. I married my wife in Oct 1969 and we will celebrate 41 years together this Oct. I worked at several different jobs through the years, oil field, reasturants, insurance, and welder. In 1974 I injured my back was disabled, After 4 years of setting around, I went back to school and got into electronics, mainly tv repair. I spent 20 years in that field and went back to school and became a Lisenced Chimical Dependancy Counselor and worked at the prison until had to retire at 62 due to my back getting worse to the point, I could not walk or stand for more than a minute or two. During all these years, I was a semi-pro bass fisherman and did good in that to the effect of paying for four bass boats and all expences of fishing. I also hunted until I had to give that up also. Now, I set at my computer and enjoy Facebook and games. I get out very little but am enjoying life and all it's pleasures that God has granted me and try to talk about Jesus with anyone who will listen or can't run away. Only 2 years at Carbon High, then GED in 1963' I went to TSTC and got an electronics education. Then back and got my Lisence to counsel addicts and alcoholics. I worked a total of 52 years before I retired. When I retired, I found my calling. Stay up all hours and sleep all day. Can't beat that.

Write a best selling book, but could never finish the first page.

Mentally:18, but my body feels somewhere arround 90. Ha.

I don't like to leave home much, but when I do, I love the deserts in Utah and Arizona. I have everything here from lakes to beautiful people and friends that I do not care to be away from.

Bible; front to back 13 times. Any of Louie Lamar, Robert Ludlum and (can't remember the last one)' I have not read much for several years. Before my job got so stressful, I would read at least two books, several magazines every month, and two newspapers each day. I love to read, I can travel the world through the discriptions and experience any adventure by following the hero through the book.

Not big on sports, but Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Dallas Stars when I get the chance to watch.

Everything my wife cooks.
