Gary: I am Dave Correll, responding to the invite for the 50th reunion for Woodward Class of 59.
I regret to report that my late wife, Vicki Marie Powers Correll, passed away on January 5, 2003. She died from a blood sepsis infection following surgery for a liver transplant - a replacement liver which had been donated by our son Michael. Vicki was 62. Vicki and I had been married for 35 years. We had two children, Michael and Jennifer. Both are married and Vicki had two grandchildren, Gage and Emmalee. Vicki and I moved 14 times throughout my 29 year Navy career. We retired from the Navy in 1992 in Ogden , Utah, where we were stationed at the time. Our whole family remained in Ogden since that time.
Please report this sad loss to your classmates. Vicki had a wonderful life - although way too short.
Thank you,
Dave Correll

This is sad news indeed. Vicki and I were friends while at Woodward High School. I lost track of her as so often happens when we are busy with our lives after High School.I think of her often and as long as I am alive she will have one more person remembering her with much fondness.
I was one of the people to attend a dinner at Macatewah Country Club after one of the events of our Senior year at Woodward High School.
I am very sorry for your loss.

We remember Vicki living at Maketiwa (sp?) Country Club and some of us girls were there on occasion. Vicki was a sweety with a great smile and personality. I am glad to hear she had a happy life. She truly is in Heaven.
