Please help us out and let us know ASAP if you'll be able to make our upcoming 50th CLCHS CLASS REUNION celebration!!!

 

Due to the late start we've had, we NEED to hear from Everyone, as soon as possible, as to whom is "Attending or Not"!  PLEASE!!

This survey will help give us some sort of idea as to how many are planning on attending, as we have approximate numbers we have to turn in, in a couple weeks!  (Your answers here are very important to our planning!  They will help!!)
