Alvin Millis

Alvin D. Millis                 April 8, 1945 — August 9, 2007

Alvin D. Millis born on April 8, 1945 passed away due to cancer on August 9, 2007 at his home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Al grew up in Edmonds, Washington and graduated from Edmonds High School in 1964. He worked for the Seattle Times for 38 years until his retirement in 2007.

Al is survived by his wife, Linda Millis; daughter, Danica Kitchel; son-in-law, Jason Kitchel; and grandchildren, Tyler and Jeanne; and his step-family, Kim Devereaux, Adam Jacobsen; and granddaughter, Miken.
 

Because they were so helpful to Al and his family when he was born with a birth defect, in lieu of flowers please donate to Children's Hospital in Seattle, Craniofacial Department.

He will be missed greatly by all his family and friends.
