I had a locker near Linda's & saw her during most days, at least in passing. I remember her smile, most of all. We had 9th grade science, 6th period, with mr Trumbo. We sat in the corner farthest from the door, diagonally. Linda in the corner. Me to the left. Karen Brennen to my left. We were ALWAYS passing notes. Never got caught, either! What a surprise! The only surprise I remember was that we were pointed out as the well-behaved kids when someone else was fooling around. We almost choked, trying not to laugh out loud!! She'll be missed.
