Rob as he was known by his family lived in southern California after high school. Friends who knew him later in life called him Bill which was his fathers name as well. He owned his own window tinting business in Santa Ana. He never married or had kids but remained close to his family. Rob had a close relationship with his Mom and would want people reading this to know the remarkable caring woman that she is. Virginia Hopper still resides in Garden Grove, Ca. and continues her lifelong love of community volunteering. She works at the Garden Grove Historical Society and dedicates countless hours bringing flowers and food to others who are in nursing homes and hospitals. She lovingly cared for her son in her home during the last three years of his life when he was battling cancer. She was PTA president, Junior league officer, co founder of Atlantis park, Girl Scout leader, worked as a full time elementary school teacher and raised her 4 children on her own from 1967 on. She is one remarkable lady who has received numerous awards and recognition for her work.
