Memory shared by Lindi Lissner Messenger
I am sad to report that my beloved sister, Ardith Marie (Lissner) Barton, passed away this last Sunday, May 24, 2020, due to throat cancer. She leaves behind her husband, De Barton, two children, Jay Montgomery and Summer Gonsalvez; seven grandchildren, a nephew, Jeremy Barnett; two step sons, Jon and Drew Barton, along with myself, Melinda (Lissner) Messenger (class of '70.) Ardie's greatest joy was gourmet cooking, and she loved more than anything having all of her family together for barbeques and holiday dinners. We will all forever cherish our time with her and will hold her in our hearts forever.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I can remember you and Ardith living down at the end of Faye on Orangewood, with a pool. Ardie and I graduated in 67, while you and Carol in 70. We all were in Fayelane and Lake together. I always liked your sister and remember life in Garden Grove fondly. Once again sorry for your loss. My best to you and your entire family.
