"Tiny" started working at Garden Grove High School in 1960, and worked there until his death in 1979. His wife of 32 years was Joyce (McConnaha) Sherwood (died September 12, 1991) All five of their children attended and graduated from Garden Grove High. Interned at Westminster Memorial Park, Westminster, CA.
