Hearth Room--1st hour...
Dining Area--We have one room that holds 75 using round tables.
Payment information--We are discounting the ticket price to $50 if paid before June 1st. After June 1st the ticket price will be the full price of $60.
Refunds-- No refunds. We have committed for space and catering based on a projected attendance. We had to pay in advance to reserve the facility. The class treasury is almost bare so this advance payment came out of pocket.

Times--The facility closes at 8 PM or we would stay longer. There are several places down the street, actually within walking distance, if you want to continue the evening.
Friday night event--There will probably be one, but it is not yet scheduled. We are waiting to see how many are interested, and how many are coming in from out of town
Lodging--There are several hotels near I-435 and Metcalf, which is not far. About 20 blocks due south. We recommend the Embassy Suites, but there are also a Motel 6, Sleep Inn, Marriott, and several others in that area.
Transportation from the airport--There is a shuttle service that services this hotel area.
Car Rental--There is a Hertz facility near the hotels. This is usually cheaper than renting one at the airport.
Using the Online Registraton Feature-
There has been some confusion regarding using the online registration feature. When you register you are asked to indicate the number of guests, including yourself. If you are only registering for yourself, select “1”. You are a guest of the event. If you are bringing one or more additional people, these are guests of the event, and your guests. Two slightly different categories and somewhat confusing. If you are bringing someone, indicate the total number of people in your party. Usually this is “2”. When you continue your registration, a name blank will open for the number of guests, including yourself. In the case of bringing one other person, two name blanks will open for you to enter names. Your name will already appear, but you need to enter the name of the person(s) you are bringing. Next to the name box is a descriptor that says “Is a Classmate”. This is next to a checkbox. Some have missed the checkbox and thought the guest had to be a classmate. If the person is not a classmate of 1964, do not check the box. If you are registering for another classmate also, then you would also check the box next to their name. The fee for this event is $50 per person. When you enter the number of guests, 1, 2 , etc, the site will indicate the amount next to each name and also show the total amount. When the registration is complete the website will automatically send you an invoice. When your registration is marked ‘paid’ the website will send you a receipt. If you reply to the email announcement that you will attend and do not use the online registration feature, the semi-AI feature of the website will manually enter your registration You will then receive a notice of registration. If you send your payment to Jeff without using the online registration feature or replying to an email, Jeff will notify the semi-AI feature and your information will be entered on that page. If you make a grievous error in the registration process, the semi-AI feature will correct it.
