Hi Judy (Wilson)! I'm pretty sure that John was living up around the Seattle area and was a manager for a Sears Store. Yes John was a very nice person...who came to my house and I remember that he enjoyed playing with model trains. He was a good friend who played basketball for Central School; first string in the 4th and sixth grade (I remember playing in the 5th grade). John and I were about the same size and he was a quick guy and I was honered to take his place in the 5th grade but he always beat me the other years (even through jr high). I don't recall his playing in high school! He may even been in scouts, but I'm not certain. I'm sorry not to have any more information about John. Did he go to college? Meanwhile I moved to The Dalles and lost track of John.
