Jane, I feel so sorry for you.  You are obviously bored stiff & have no life.

Bad as it may be, you're still better off than Dave.

Thanks for sharing.

Love these photos, Jane!  Love these cities, too...and don’t forget Riga, Latvia...it’s close...a wonderful city and very cool bridge there.  The same architect of Riga bridge also built the Sundial Bridge in Redding...currently engulfed in flames.  Have a wonderful, safe trip!

Oh come on, Bruce...you know you wanna go to a reunion....

Happy travels. I loved Ireland. Loved the people. I was there during a rare three weeks of warm dry weather. Only one afternoon of light rain. Enjoy you travels thanks for the photos.

In fact, let’s have a reunion in Ireland☘️☘️☘️

Dorothy Glaros (Glaros-Mc Callum)

Instead of Ireland, I think we should have a reunion in Ikaria Greece.  Their Panageris have food, drink and dancing until the wee hours of the morning.  They have crystal clear waters and Ray G.,  they also have lots of that Feta cheese you so love to go with the Retsina, that delicious pine resin wine.wink

Mary & Dorothy,

They both sound great to me -- however, I understand that Greece & Northern California are sharing similar problems with wildfires right now.  My mother always wanted to make it back to her roots in Ireland; so would I.  I could make a fool of myself doing my Zorba thing in Greece.  Let's do them both!

And by the way,  I’d pay big money to see Bruce do the zorba thang

Ooph! Larry that brings images to mind that will haunt my sleep tonight. Bruce, leave the greek culture to the Greeks...

i REALLY want to see Bruce do the Zorba thing along with picking up a glass of Ouzo with his teeth and drinking it. Yes, mainland Greece is having a time with the fires.  When I visited the stadium where the first Olympic Games were held, you could see the ravages of their last big fire.  It burned up to the Stadium and then completely spared it.  The Greek Gods are still mighty.  My island where we have land, Ikaria, is quite beautiful. And I'm up with going to both.  I have Ireland on my Bucket List.

I agree with you, Bruce.  I want to go to Ireland where some of my roots are, but I wouldn't mind going to Greece, too.  However, right now, Greece is on fire, as is California.  There are still so many places I want to visit, even some in the U.S.A.  I've been working on it, hopefully, I will visit all the countries I want.

Serious? A reunion tour to Ireland!!!  I’d try hard to go.

Vicki Ichtertz (Snyder)

Planning a trip to Greece in April.  Can you arrange it to dance for us then, Bruce?

08/11/18 08:08 PM #941

Mary Pieratt

Dorothy!  Yes to Greece, love All things Greek....except the language...difficult for me to learn.  Greece is spectacular, but you know I feel that way about most of the world.  Vicki, April is lovely in Greece.  The Islands—Cyclades, Dodecanese, Crete....awesome.

Today, however the Turkish lira is worth 16cents US, so a very inexpensive venture at present.  Istanbul awaits. But...Ireland is always a good idea.  I may have to travel again soon as I can’t breath up here north Cali.  No fires in Sicily presently, keep me posted, all love from the front lines. M

OK Mary, I wanna know about that fuscia (sp?) hare --- I know there's a story there.  Also, nice sunset, Armageddon style.

Vicki -- I can do my Zorba anytime, anyplace............for the right price......

Dorothy, I think I can get down, grab the glass with my teeth and digest the liquid as long as: 1.)  I don't have to get back up and 2.)  my teeth don't fall out.

You think I'm kidding, don't you?
