Trojan Alumni Varsity Club Newsletter                                               December 2025

 

Our last meeting of the year was Dec 2.  We had a great turnout of 22 people despite the wintry weather. 

We had no business meeting this month and the members enjoyed just conversing over dinner.  We celebrated Harley Wenninger’s 100^th birthday with cake and a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday!

We will not meet during the winter and our next meeting will be April 7, 2026.  We will again meet at HOPS Fogelsville in 2026. 

It should be noted that the club was formed in 1951 making 2026 the 75^th anniversary of the club.  We are so fortunate to have Harley and Dalton Schaadt still members.  They are 2 of the founding members of the club!

I would like to thank all the officers and board members for all they do to keep this club functioning after all these years. 

A special thanks to Lucy Ritter for all she does for the club and her help in getting these newsletters mailed to members without email access.

Charlene and I and all the officers and board members wish everyone a joyous and safe holiday season. 

Stay happy and healthy throughout these winter months and we look forward to seeing everyone in April.
