My nickname by which I was known is "Don".

I was in the class of '57, but was only there my junior year ('55-'56). I went to Severn School in Severna Park, MD , my senior year. I went from there on the Naval Academy where I graduated in 1961.

I married in 1967 and was divorced in 1975. I had one son born in 1972.

I was remarried in 2001. My wife's name is Mollie.
School Story:

I graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy in the class of 1961, served two combat tours in Vietnam (one year in (Bac Lieu in the Mekong Delta). In the Mekong Delta I was the Naval Intelligence Liaison Officer, Bac Lieu, and spent almost everyday flying in the back seat of an Army or Air Force L-19 Cessna high winged Bird Dog aircraft. These flights were really bait for the VC to shoot at us to confirm agent reports of their whereabouts. Lots of excitement and 14 Air Medals later I left Vietnam and the Navy in Sept 1967.

Hey Bob.....

I haven't been on this site in years....and only did it because Bart Bartlett wished me happy birthday. I still have the K-det b-robe I won from you and wore to an Army-Navy game TV party hosted by my dentist who is a USMA graduate.

I notice that you are listed as living in Alexandria, VA. My wife and I moved to McLean, VA two years ago and love it here....so if you are still there we are practically neighbors.

Hi Donna...I haven't talked to you for many years...I can't remember how many. I don't know if I was married when we last had contact...anyway I got married in 2001 three days after 9/11. I was single for 26 years after my first marriage which resulted in a son who is now 43.

We moved to McLean, Virginia two years ago and I retired. We love it here.
