I am not a reunion guy but for some reason, hearing of the adverse outcomes of some of our class has motivated me to become more involved. See you at the 1012 reunion.
My story: I went to Allegheny College, Wake Forest Med School, Hawaii for ob/gyn residency, UCLA for graduate work, U of Cincinnati (1981) and then U of Rochester (1986). First marriage resulted in two great kids, Amie (ED Doc at GW in Washinton DC) Leah (master craftsman at U of New Hampshire, second marriage brought Ted age 26, (junior at Cornell, came to me at age 2). Sadly, marriage to Jen ended when she died of breast cancer, and third marriage brought Aaron age 15, in 2007. Jocelyn, current wife, is CEO of a company that does marketing research. I have been chair of ob/gyn for 8 years and will extend for 5 more, then stop. Greatest academic love is an internet journal called Peri-FACTS I started 20 years ago that now has over 30,000 subscribers around the world (and they told us in HS we could not move the world.) So life has been good, but it all started in Paris.

My memories of PAHS are many and mostly funny. Some may not know that in the summer before our junior year Steve Stevens, Allen Tomlinson and I were in a bad scooter accident that broke Allen's leg. My helmet saved my life. Steve came off much better. Then Corky Corkran and I that year became competitors in the 1600 meter. I won but Corky was a smoker (and womanizer). Embarrasing moments? yes. IN our senior year at lunch I jumped on to a table to lead a cheer for PAHS, only to forget how to spell "Pirates." Later, there were our Proms, and teacher interactions, ex. Coach Shoupert, Mr Hall, "go get them surgeons." (my misquote) It is a wonder that I survived HS.
