Bernie Pingree and I each drove our motorcycles to London over Easter break 1966. After going the wrong way at the first "round about", we parked our bikes under the Columbia hotel in London and had a great time, but restricted our choice of transportaton to the "Underground".

Just a few weeks later, had a motorcycle wreck, spent a couple of weeks in the hospital, but managed to get my back seat passenger, Kevin Carey, out of the hospital and still take our dates to the prom. Frances Round was my date.
