Ray actually passed away in March of 2025. We were a little early putting him in 2023.
I will always remeber Ray because alphabetically it was always Seiss, Shanklin, Shaw. I became friends with both John Seiss and Ray Shanklin. I played little league baseball with Ray. He was good.

Leo and I had some good times. A very funny guy. Diagnsoed with stage 4 cancer a couple years ago and passed away last month. He was a Juvenile Services Offer with the Baltimore Police.
