Married? To who? When? For how long?

I met my wife Jan at the weekly institute dance at the Terrace Ballroom in August of 1974. She had just graduated from Ricks College and was working as a secretary for Utah Home Fire Insurance Co. We were engaged by Thanksgiving, and were married the following March.

Grandkids?

3 grandsons, 4 granddaughters.

Any vices?

A pizza dinner from The Pie.

Travel much?

My kids talked me in to taking my first cruise. They all paid their own way and we sailed out of Miami November 2013 for a week. Best family vacation ever!

Liked it so much we took a second family cruise in 2019.

What's the farthest you've ever been from home?

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Favorite place to go?

Newport, CA.

What is your favorite memory of East High?

Awesome assemblies.

Least favorite East High memory?

The fire in 1972.

Seminary computer date. Worst date ever. Flexible scheduling enabled me to visit my girlfriend who attended Highland.
