After SO PAS HS ..Attended PCC, Rochester Institute of Technology, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned a BS Degree from Cal State U Los Angeles in Industrial Technology Printing Management. Spent over 20 years in the Printing Business in So Cal from 1977- 1999 mostly in Sales and Sales Management, became a RE Agent in 1999 and Broker in 2006.. Married, third times a charm, have 3 children all grown and 5 grandchildren. In 2017 completed my book 57 jobs and Counting a career path less traveled and guide to finding your passion ... Current owner of JBGmg offering Real Estate Services and more!. My hobbies, passions are family, golf, traveling and socializing with family and friends.

1972 Lettered JV Golf as a Junior
1972 Lettered JV Football as Senior fun times with hanging out with my Best Friend Tracy Higgins after the Varsity games and making the OSKI club in a Varsity game against Salesian HS which we won at Cal State LA. Thanks to 1st Year Coach Jim Yang for letting us 2nd and 3rd string players get some action in a few games in a long season of big expectations where we finshed at 5-4. Beating our crosstown rival San Marino at San Marino HS was a great memory.
