Another Tiger gone too soon.
Debbi's memorial will be held at the VFW 17522 Chatsworth Street in Granada Hills. Sunday August 18th starting at 4:30. This will be an outside event. It is a memorial jam meaning there will be many musicians that will come up and play to celebrate dear Debbi Lee. We all loved her. She was into two types of music country and blues so we will definitely get an array of music. Please tell her friends.

Debbie Lee and I go back to Lincoln elementary. We were little buddies who used to walk each other home from school. We last met up about 10 years ago for lunch, but kept in contact via messaging. She was quite an accomplished singer with a good band which regularly performed.
She began having strokes a few years ago which, along with other issues, significantly degraded her health, eventually leading to her death on November 5, 2023. Being estranged from her family, no funeral or memorial service was held, so her fellow musician friends are throwing this music jam memorial for her. Hope several of you can make it.

During elementary school through high school years, Debbi Lee lived across the street and a few houses down the hill from where I lived on Via del Rey. I enjoyed our visits and chats over the years. A few years ago we enjoyed messaging via social media. She loved kitties too. She has always been a joy to know. I have appreciated her friendship. Sorry that she has passed on.
