Hello everyone. I like the park idea. The reason being that we can come and go as we like. They have a beer garden. There is a variety of food. There is room to roam, etc. Just saying.

a commitment on Aug 16th, but could be in Tehachapi on Friday if anyone is getting together that day.

If there is anything going on Friday, let me know so I can try to find a motel room. I imagine that they are

I hope a lot of you got together at the park yesterday!! I almost made it there but we had quite a mishap. We made it all the way to Sacramento and had to turn around and come back to Salem. I would like to hear from anyone who was there and let me know what happened and who was able to attend. Hope it was fun and I really missed seeing everyone.

Couldn't find anything going on but I did see Nancy and Tim at the parking lot at the Apple Shed. It was really nice to see them even if it wasn't long enough.

Janice it was good to see you & you're right it wasn't long enough. Hope your foot gets better soon. We were sorry to hear about Sammy's passing. We walked all around the park & ran into Miriam & Monty & they were looking good. Wish we could have seen others. Maybe some other time.

I understand Becky. Sometimes life just gets in the way of our intentions. I knew Claudia is taking care of her mother & that is a big responsibility. I hope she's doing ok. We saw Miriam & Monty in the park & Janice Williams at the apple shed & ran into Sue & Danny Yocum. I had lunch with Diana Alvarez, which I really enjoyed then ran into her and Leonard in the RR park. My sister just lost her husband so Heidi & her family met us in Bakersfield for a BBQ on Saturday evening. We don't get to see them often enough. But we had a nice time staying with Gary & Thelma Burgeis. We always seem to spread ourselves too thin though, wanting to do more than we get to. Thanks for all you've done in the past for the class. Hopefully we can get together with another class before the 50th. (Really? 50th?)

This is a busy thread. For some reason I don't see it often enough to keep up. You know me, must be my wild fantasy life--fantasy football and Facebook. We have 3 grandkids now, the newest a 5 week old girl. I keep my grandson, David, on Wednesdays, and this is his sister. I will have them both after New Years. Might be over my head with an infant and a 2 1/2 year old. Crash course on what my wife dealt with. Can't believe we've had a 45th reunion pass by. I don't feel a day older than going on 64. Grew old, just never grew up. Glad to see y'all (as they say in Texas) keeping up with each other. Take care all, and Happy Thanksgiving and Christmas.
