Three gentle spirits: Steve Coleman alias "big Bird", Robert Knepp, and Fred Clouse.

I was fortunate to play with Steve and Bob on the Base Softball Team, and Steve was my first supervisor upon my arrival.

Bob and I had some of the most intimate conversations anyone could ever have.
Fred and I didn't play sports together, it wasn't Fred's style, but he was very interesting to talk to about life and what he wanted to do while he could.

We had some very special folks working with the 435th OMS Enroute section, some of the likes I haven't seen since.

May all three RIP.
