Tom was good company in english class. He had a wry sense of humor and kept me awake when I had had a restless night. As I recall, he was a good athlete too. Rest well my friend.
Roxie was a beautiful statuesque blonde. She was reserved and unassuming. A lovely person.
Lee and his brother Bruce lived near us in Sherwood Village. The bus ride to EHS was almost 8 miles so we spent a lot of time talking going to and from school. Lee was smart and shy. Hi mother was a wonderful loving person. Rest well Lee. See you on the other side.
After all the teasing and high jinks and pranks Dave pulled in 5th and 6th grades, never would I have believed he would become an educator! I'll bet his students appreciated his sense of humor. We all grow up, don't we?!

To me Susan was a true intellectual. She was gentile and had a wry wit at the same time. She added a touch of class to the EHS roster. I loved her voice and her laugh. We had several classes together. I will remember her fondly. Condolences to her family. Thanks for the memories!
Unbeknownst to many, Larry had a very successful career as a radio announcer for KPDQ AM&FM radio for many years. It turns out our Larry was the man with a golden voice. RIP friend.
Mike and his brother Bruce always started my day off right with their banter and high jinks on the long bus ride to school. He was a gem of a person who is remembered fondly.

Linda was a sweet amd caring girl loved by many classmates. RIP dear lady.
We were neighbors and good friends since age 12. One hot summer day we walked 2 miles to Echo Lake. I did not know how to swim but "Dick" did. That was what his family and friends knew him as. He taught me how to swim. He used to practice flips on my front lawn many years before he became a cheerleader at EHS. My best memory was when we decided we needed to go to Richmond Beach. Only problem was we were 15 and neither one of us had a driver's license. And this is a major confession .... we "appropriated" my mom's second car while she was at work. Dick was a very good driver! Mom never found out - we were good at keeping our mouths shut. Thanks for the good times my friend.
