After quitting school I started work for MTS in Brandon. I got married and did alot of travelling. When my marriage failed I ended up back in Brandon. In 1993 I married Rick Hamilton from Glenboro. We have a mixed farm which I am involved with as well as running my home business in Nikken Wellness products. It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted in life. I am now very happy working on the farm and being part of a small community.
