Jenna, born 1988, also living in Portland OR. She is almost finished with her AA, and works as a nanny and at Starbucks. We really like her boyfriend,Scott, too. Visit each other about every 4-5 weeks. Two special little girls in my life, 9 and 12, their Mom now refers to me as Her adopted Mom....it's sweet.
Occupation: Medical Social Worker
Yes! Attending Reunion
Other GGHS Family

Brian Biller, 1972, many of you may remember him as I was often asked if I was his older sister(he was quite the Wild Man).

Favorite High School Memory:

I was in Drill Team for 3 years, and loved it(esp. subbing it for a P.E. class.) Many of my closest friends were also on the Team, Jackie, Shelly, Alicia, Gay. I was not into wild antics like so many of you have noted in your profiles, but GGHS was a good place to grow up. I had a # of memorable, great teachers, who were very patient with me, as I am no big brain. Iota Chi Kappa Christian Sorority was pivotal, as was the Methodist Church and MYF. The Mission Trip we took to Mexico one Easter Vacation was a stepping stone to my career in social work.
I had so much fun at the Dances, Prom, Co-ed Dance, etc. Do you remember how long some of those numbers were.....17 minutes....I'd be dripping with sweat by the end. One of the most panicked moments of my life was addressing the auditorium trying to convince the girls to vote for me as a Girls Club officer...yikes.
Nylons, a girdle, dresses no shorter than 2 inches above the knee were a sad, sad part of H.S.

Personal Highlights (achievements, hobbies, interests, etc):

I moved to Oregon after college in 1974, and have been blessed in so many ways by the lifestyle, opportunities, people, beauty, and peace of this state. I worked in a Nursing Facility first, then spent 23 years as a Hospital Social Worker in 3 area hospitals. I am done with that, now looking for something new. It was a meaningful career, though.
I met Mel 3 weeks after landing in OR, and we have been together since. We built a home together, paid as we went, so took us 6 years, but a creative, fun exp. Moved to Roseburg 1992 as I was sick of commuting from our country home, and needed more for our 2 children. Spiritual growth has been a big force in my life, now attending Unity Church.
Love to hike, garden, lunch with my girlfriends, organize small events for my friends, see my daughters and the men in their life, and lots more. Life is very good, filled with so much love I am overwhelmed at times, esp. after reading about so many of u on this site.

Hey old friend, H.B! Remember our trip to Baja with the MYF group over Easter vacation? Looks like that might have started you on your lifelong journeys around the world. What the heck kind of a job do you have that allowed such adventures? Are you a stunt man for Indiana Jones? I've had a pretty interesting life, too, off on a Botany field trip thru the Redwoods, N. Calif Coast, then inland, last stop Crater Lake, which is only 2 hrs. from my home. I think your should land your sea-plane on the Lake and come visit us. Uh-oh, they don't allow flights over, or on, our National Treasure. Well, maybe, you could hike in from Nevada, or wherever the heck you live. Bet u haven't done the Pacific Crest Trail yet from Mexico border to Canadian border. Next challenge, eh?

Chris Candelaria and I met you in 8th grade...you 2 later married and had 2 children. You ARE unforgettable, still....rest in peace, my friend.

Any assitance in contacting my dear friend, Chris, who graduated from Yorba Linda HS in 1969, would be dearly appreciated.

Greetings to all, and Thanks. Camille
