One of my favorite memories of Beasy is from Change of Heart. I'd never had frog legs and Beasy came to our table and "schooled" me. In great detail he explained where and how he learned to prepare them. Yes, I ordered them and they were delicious. As we sat, at the window, looking out at downtown we enjoyed one of many meals prepared by Ashland's own food anthropologist. RIP Beasy. What a delicious life you lived.

Wow! Beasey you have done so much for our small community all those years. I was blessed to know you and be your Banker. I appreciated our talks and your kindness and of course loved your support and laughs and that bottle of wine. Of course also taking care of us every Anniversary at Cucina. I'm saddened and a little in shock still. I send my strength and respect to the family. Blessings. Love Tami Mora & The Mora Family
