Richard Ruskin Pearcy III, of Houston passed away Wednesday, September 15, 1993, at the age of 43. 

Mr. Pearcy was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.

A memorial service was conducted at 3:00 pm Saturday, September 18, 1993 in the Chapel of J. Levy & Brothers Funeral Home with Rev. Douglas Harper officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Edith Kay Pearcy of Houston, his parents, Richard Ruskin Pearcy Jr. and Sonya F. Pearcy of Dickinson, his daughter, Leah Pearcy of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; step children, Rita and Michael Oborne of Killeen; sister and brother-in-law, Anna Pearcy Bouchelle and Tommy Bouchelle of Titusville, Florida; brother and sister-in-law, Willis Bedford Pearcy and Susan E. Boire Pearcy of Houston; two nieces and one nephew.
