Stephen Edward Horner born August 18, 1952 passed away June 10 after a hard fought battle with cancer.
Survivors include his Mother Alice Horner, his brother Richard R. Horner, his niece Riley K. Horner and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
He is predeceased by his father Harold Richard (Dick) Horner and a brother Charles Russell (Rusty) Horner.
Steve was born in Port Arthur, Texas, graduated from Westchester High School and attended Wharton Jr. College and Pan American University where he played basketball. He loved deep sea fishing and was a great cook.

Brenda and Steve were married March 29, 1980 and divorced April 30, 1990.
Steve was a good friend of mine since junior high school. He was a good athlete and could beat you in games from ping pong to pool. After high school, Steve met and married Brenda Burton. They were together until she passed.
