April 9, 1954 - March 9, 1973

 

Charlotte was killed in a tragic car accident in Victoria, Texas along with her fiance William "Billy Joe" DeClaris. They were both recently engaged to be married and tragically killed in a car accident near Houston.

Gayle Elizabeth Johnson (McKenney) (1972)

Charlotte Parker died in a car crash in 1973. She was on her way home from college. She was a great friend!
