Ashley graduated from Deschane Academy in 1976 where she was a cheerleader her senior year.
Ashley Lynn Waite-Mullins, 54, resident of Katy, Texas, went to Heaven on the evening of April 27th, 2013 surrounded by her loved ones.
Ashley was born to Judy and Warren Waite on June 25, 1958 in El Paso, Texas. She grew up in Houston, attended Westchester Senior High School her freshman year, graduated from Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart in 1976, and went on to attend Southwest Texas State University.
Ashley was married on August 15, 1981 to Brett Bohn Sr. They shared fourteen years together and brought four beautiful children into this world. Ashley was a wonderful, loving mother to her daughters, Rachael Thornton and Rebecca Hubbs, their husbands Lance and Chanin, and her sons Brett Bohn Jr. and Blake Bohn. Ashley was recently blessed with two beautiful granddaughters, Ella Hubbs and Brooklyn Thornton. Her children were the absolute pride of her life. She loved and cherished them with all of her heart. They will miss her dearly.
Ashley is also survived by her loving, devoted parents, Judy and Warren Waite; husband Richard Mullins; brothers Warren Waite III (WHS 1971), and Michael Waite (WHS 1973) **; nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5pm – 8pm on Tuesday, April 30th at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A celebration of Ashley’s life will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at 12:30 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home located at 13001 Katy Freeway Houston, TX 77079.
