Kimberly Ann Wilson of Stephenville, passed away peacefully Tuesday January 26, 2010 with her husband, mother and father, her daughter and son, her brother and her minister at her side. Memorial Service 2:00 PM Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dean Reed officiating. Kimberly was born April 19, 1958 in Midland, Texas to Don and Shirley Neese.

She grew up in Texas and graduated from Westchester High School in Houston. She attended and graduated from Texas A&M in College Station and Tarleton State University attaining a Bachelors of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management. She married Jay Cooper Wilson on January 3, 1981 in Houston, and move to Stephenville to begin their lives together. She worked for Warner Cable, she was a teacher in the Stephenville School District. She was the Publisher of the Campus Guide Magazine for Tarleton and was an Administrative Assistant in the College of Science and Technology at Tarleton.

But mostly she was a devoted mother to her children BriAnne and Ben and wife to her husband Jay. She was a leader in school activities as a parent and a youth leader at the First United Methodist Church in Stephenville. In 2007 she was diagnosed with breast cancer which began her personal battle against the disease. She made trips to Washington, DC and Dallas to rally those in walks and spoke to many to provide comfort. Despite the chemo, wigs, hats, friends bringing food, garage sales to raise money for cancer awareness, hospitals, doctors and prayers, she lost her fight against the disease.

She is survived by her husband, Jay; her children, BriAnne and Ben Wilson of Stephenville; parents, Don and Shirley Neese of Houston; grandmother, Beulah Elliott of Stephenville, and brother, Gary Neese of Houston.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Grant Program at www.info-komen.org/goto/love_for_Kim
