Benson McLane Crowell

August 23, 1956 - August 8, 2022

Benson Crowell was born in Philadelphia August 23, 1956, and passed away peacefully in his South Austin home August 8, 2022.

He was predeceased by son Benjamin Crowell.

Bensond is survived by his wife Mary Cardwell and children Mason and Elizabeth Crowell; sons Adam and Mclane Crowell and their mother Lyn Crowell; and brother Mark Crowell and brother Bradley Crowell - WHS 1972.

Benson was a gifted and hard working architectural and facilities designer with a passion for his work, and lived life as a loving husband, devoted father, and caring brother.

Benson did not just light up the room; he lit it on fire.

A celebration of his life is planned in September.
